Featuring soft tones and a minimalist design, the 450 degrees Restaurant at Hotel Massafra offers gourmet Italian cuisine where traditional flavours and aromas are revisited by our chef to provide an innovative taste experience.

Among our proposals stand out tasty first dishes, life truffle carbonara or the special “Chef’s Candy” (dumplings pear with four cheese sauce and toasted walnuts), deliciuos second dishes among which tuna tataki and raw seafood, in addition to the fragrant and scented pizzas.

450 Gradi is not only a restaurant, but it is a plce where passion for food reigns supreme. For this reason, we organize special events like exclusive showcooking, evening live music or simple musical accompaniment of the piano placed inside the restaurant.
